Cancellation Policy
As a general rule, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
If an item is unavailable, BazaarSe will contact you via phone. You may cancel and get a full refund.
BazaarSe reserves the right to cancel orders if:
- a Delivery address is outside our delivery zone
- b We cannot reach you by phone or email for confirmation
- c You cannot be contacted at the time of delivery
- d All items ordered are unavailable
- e Failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor
Refund Policy
Refunds apply only for prepaid orders in these cases:
- Order packaging tampered or damaged at delivery
- Order cancelled by BazaarSe (outside delivery zone, unable to contact, item unavailability)
- Wrong order delivered
- Items missing from order
Refund decisions are at BazaarSe's sole discretion and are final.
Refunds credited within 7 business days per bank terms.
Cash on Delivery Orders
You won't be required to pay for:
- Tampered packaging
- Wrong orders
- Missing items
