Cancellation Policy

As a general rule, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

If an item is unavailable, BazaarSe will contact you via phone. You may cancel and get a full refund.

BazaarSe reserves the right to cancel orders if:

  • a Delivery address is outside our delivery zone
  • b We cannot reach you by phone or email for confirmation
  • c You cannot be contacted at the time of delivery
  • d All items ordered are unavailable
  • e Failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor

Refund Policy

Refunds apply only for prepaid orders in these cases:

  • Order packaging tampered or damaged at delivery
  • Order cancelled by BazaarSe (outside delivery zone, unable to contact, item unavailability)
  • Wrong order delivered
  • Items missing from order

Refund decisions are at BazaarSe's sole discretion and are final.

Refunds credited within 7 business days per bank terms.

Cash on Delivery Orders

You won't be required to pay for:

  • Tampered packaging
  • Wrong orders
  • Missing items
